Job summary

Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales. The role requires travel between sites and a full UK driving licence. Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum with a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial cleaning contracts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Health & Safety knowledge or qualifications advantageous.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple cleaning contracts across various locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Carry out site audits and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Handle client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure sites have appropriate staffing levels, equipment and supplies.
• Manage performance, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance and support to teams.
