The Healthcare & Education Division of OCS Group has an exciting opportunity at its prestigious multi-site contracts in East London, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. The role involves leading a team to deliver integrated Soft FM services across 74 NHS Mental Health sites in the region. Responsibilities include managing operational teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with budgets and specifications, and monitoring service quality and financial performance through reporting and KPI management.
Key focus on social value and driving a social agenda is central to this role.
This high-profile NHS contract generates approximately £13m in revenue and covers services such as Cleaning, Patient Catering, Retail Catering, Pest Control, Grounds and Gardens, Linen and Laundry, Portering, Pharmacy Courier, Security, Feminine Hygiene, Window Cleaning, and Vending. Additionally, the role includes operational leadership of a critical distribution hub supporting this and another OCS contract.
