Responsibilities

• Efficiently repair production machinery using reactive and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, including motors and control panels.
• Weld using TIG welding where required.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks and provide reports as needed.

Are you a seasoned Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! Food experience would be of benefit as most of our clients are within this sector. We are currently seeking individuals with time served maintenance skills to join Henderson Brown Contract Division.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems
• Confidence with mechanical fault finding and Tig Welding.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
• Possession of an 18th edition or any additional electrical qualifications is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
