Shropshire Council's Property Services Group is seeking a Contract Maintenance Officer to help manage maintenance and compliance contracts across council buildings, keeping them safe, compliant and operational.

You will work with contractors, colleagues and site contacts to ensure services are delivered promptly, review service reports and certification, and support the financial administration of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of maintenance and statutory compliance contracts for Council buildings.
• Monitor contractor performance and review service reports and certification.
• Assist with financial administration by checking invoices and quotations.
