Job summary

Supply Care Solutions are recruiting a Contracts Officer to oversee building services and maintenance contracts for a Local Authority estate in Greater London. You will manage contractor performance, support compliance, and provide robust contract administration to ensure value for money.

Working with Property Services, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will drive governance, monitor KPIs and support procurement activities in a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or contract administration.
• Knowledge of building services, property, facilities or maintenance.
• Experience monitoring contractor performance against KPIs.

• Managing and administering building services and maintenance contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Local Authority Property Services team, overseeing a range of mechanical, electrical, maintenance and building services contracts across the managed estate.

The CONTRACTS OFFICER will play a key role in ensuring contractors deliver safe, compliant, high-quality and cost-effective services, while supporting effective contract administration and performance management.
