Job summary

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to join the Housing Department and ensure works meet standard documents, regulations and internal policies. You will be responsible for contract management, property surveys, detailing scopes of works, and supervising key projects within the housing portfolio.

The successful candidate will work within the Environmental Team to deliver improvement schemes for housing stock and help drive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Experience in contract management or compliance preferable

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits and supervise key projects to meet contract standards.
