Job summary

Keys Group in Stroud is seeking a Clerk/Procurement contract role to coordinate the movement of goods entering and leaving the Centre. You will act as the main point of contact for vendor, internal department and client requests worldwide, ensuring accurate import/export codes and DG status.

Responsibilities

• Be the Centre logistics focal point. Manage movement requests from Vendors, Centre internal functions and worldwide customer locations.
• Ensure all import/export duty tariff codes and DG status are correctly applied to shipments.
• Monitor shipment execution, track movements and manage deviations with logistics suppliers.
• Ensure proper storage of electronic documents in the system.
• Complete Import and Export declaration documents electronically to CDS.
