Job summary

Bank of England is seeking a Governance Analyst to support the Property Operations Workplace Contract and Performance Management team. You will coordinate governance, monitor health and safety actions, and track supplier performance to strengthen contract governance across facilities services.

The role involves working with the Property Health & Safety team, leveraging SharePoint records and ISO-compliant processes, with flexible working patterns and locations in Leeds or London.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration and governance in facilities management.
• Experience recording health and safety compliance actions and incidents.
• Understanding of ISO document compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate contract governance activities to ensure contracts are audit ready.
• Document supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Track health and safety incidents and compliance actions.
• Maintain SharePoint records and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the Integration Manager and planon team to support governance activities.
