Bank of England is seeking a Governance Analyst to join the Property Operations Workplace Contract and Performance Management team. You will support governance of facilities management contracts, track health and safety incidents, monitor supplier performance, and report on commercial risks and opportunities.

You will coordinate governance activity, maintain documentation and collaborate with procurement, property and supplier teams to ensure audit readiness and effective governance across

Qualifications

• Experience in contract governance and administration.
• Proven ability to track safety compliance and incidents.
• Understanding of soft FM contracts and KPIs.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and draft change notices.
• Experience in a public or private sector environment.

• Plan and coordinate contract governance activities.
• Document supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Track health and safety actions and ISO compliance.
• Maintain SharePoint records and related documentation.
