Job summary

NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is seeking a Contract Support Officer to assist with contract management governance, data handling and analysis across commissioned services.

The post involves working with service users and stakeholders, with flexible base within the contract management area and possible travel to London and other locations. The role supports the contract management team in monitoring, auditing and reporting on provider performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management support and governance processes.
• Ability to manage data collection and analysis for provider performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support to the Senior Contract Managers and Service Managers and governance boards.
• Coordinate agendas, papers and minutes; maintain documentation and version control.
• Support annual assurance activities including data analysis of provider delivery data.
• Assist in monitoring provider performance data and driving improvement actions.
• Liaise with National Strategic Contract Management and data governance teams for consistency.
