My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is looking for a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8, including 2 Managers, with a focus on:

• Team development: Managing staff from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP).
• Team growth: Budget to hire 2 additional team members from day one.
• Leading from the front: Hands-on leadership style is essential.
