A dynamic consultancy based across the UK and Europe is looking for a new Data Protection Manager to assist with their wide range of health-tech, med-tech, and bio-tech clients across Europe.

The Role:

1. You will assist a variety of clients in the healthcare space, either as their DPO or on specific niche projects such as AI use.
2. Provide advice to businesses on data protection aspects, including DPIAs, RoPA, and OneTrust implementation.
3. Navigate complex privacy regulations such as the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, CPRA, Swiss FDAP, and the AI Act.
4. Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other global privacy laws.
5. Organize and conduct privacy trainings for internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in data protection, ideally across the UK and Europe.
2. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fully remote setting.
3. Experience with OneTrust and Microsoft Notion.
4. Someone who is intelligent, curious, and passionate about their work.
5. Understanding of health-tech, clinical trials, and AI applications to patient data.

You must have the right to work in Europe or the UK.
