Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is seeking a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

In this position, you will inherit a team of 8 (including 2 Managers), with a focus on:

• Team development: Managing a team ranging from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP), overseeing their growth.
• Team expansion: Budget to hire 2 additional team members from day one.
• Leading from the front: Hands-on leadership is required.
