Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is looking for a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This position offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8 (including 2 Managers) and will focus on:

• Team development - managing a team with roles from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP).
• Team growth - budget to hire 2 additional team members from day one.
• Leading from the front - must be comfortable being hands-on.
