Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is seeking a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This position offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8 (including 2 Managers) and focus on:

• Team development - managing a team with roles from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP)
• Team growth - with a budget to add 2 more team members from day one
• Leading from the front - must be comfortable being hands-on
