Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a skilled Cost Engineer on a contract basis for a construction/nuclear project. The role focuses on cost data, forecasting, and reporting, using systems like EcoSys and SAP.

The position includes site-based work and remote days, offering a renewable IR35 contract with competitive rates. The successful candidate will maintain CBS/WBS-aligned cost data, produce timely forecasts, and provide insights to inform key decisions while supporting governance and risk management

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate cost and forecast data aligned with CBS/WBS.
• Maintain cost and forecast data in EcoSys, SAP or similar systems.
• Coordinate and produce cost/forecast reports with commentary on drivers.
• Support Trend & Change processes and identify risks/opportunities.
• Provide insights to support robust decision-making with technical and financial data.
• Assist Senior Cost Engineers with analysis and prioritisation.
