• Provide onsite support and resolve workforce issues, escalating queries as needed.

This fast‑paced role combines recruitment, workforce planning and onsite worker query management to ensure staffing requirements are met and a positive experience is delivered to both our client and temporary workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertising vacancies and attracting suitable candidates.
• Screening and selecting candidates in line with client and legal requirements.
• Managing candidate onboarding, including registrations, inductions and compliance checks, ensuring all candidates meet legal, compliance and contractual requirements, including Right to Work verification.
• Allocating shifts and managing workforce schedules to meet operational demands, proactively planning staffing levels while responding effectively to changing business needs and last‑minute requirements.
• Monitoring attendance, absence and worker performance.
• Building strong relationships with Royal Mail managers and temporary workers.
• Providing onsite support and resolving workforce issues effectively, escalating worker queries as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Pertemps and client procedures.
