BT Group is seeking a Contract & Business Specialist to lead commercial discussions, contract exits and related governance for UK customers. You will partner with contract managers, finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure profitable, compliant service transitions across Bristol or Chippenham sites.

You will build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, translate requirements into action, assess risks and provide clear recommendations to protect ongoing value while supporting

• Experience in contract or commercial management within complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to lead negotiations and governance discussions with senior stakeholders.
