Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting contractual documents.
• Strong commercial awareness, business principles and governing law.
• Experience of commercial risk management.
• Ability to respond to tasks with tenacity and flexibility, whilst working cross functionally.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide full contractual and commercial support to development, approval and issuance of bids and proposals.
• Identify commercial risk and contribute to risk plan with mitigation.
• Lead in negotiation of contracts.
• Manage contracts including change control and cross-functional support.
• Resolve commercial issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts, including forecasting and milestones.
