Job summary

Sureserve is recruiting a diligent Contract Administrator to join our busy team in the UK. The role focuses on coordinating daily works for engineers, ensuring accurate data flows, and maintaining records across multiple systems. A strong emphasis is placed on communication with Clients and Tenants.

The successful candidate will support team leaders and suppliers, with experience in housing, premises, or facilities management beneficial. Working hours are 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to progress within a growing company.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, IT systems and databases; strong organisational abilities.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Friendly, professional attitude to engage engineers, tenants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day works for engineers and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure data cascades are accurate and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date records across systems and mediums.
• Liaise with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
• Answer and manage calls from Clients and Tenants.
