Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is looking for a diligent Contract Administrator to join our busy team. You will act as a key conduit between engineers, suppliers and tenants, ensuring accurate data delivery and timely distribution of planned works according to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have housing or facilities management experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems, and possess strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a contract administrator or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Experience handling a high volume of calls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan the day-to-day works of Heating Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers and Apprentices and assign/distribute tasks.
• Ensure data cascades are accurate and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the appropriate systems.
• Liaise with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
• Answer calls from Clients and Tenants.
