Job summary

You will provide administrative support across inbound operations, inventory and training records, ensuring accuracy and compliance to enable smooth day-to-day operations.

Key requirements include GCSE or equivalent, proven admin experience, and the ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is advantageous.
  • Experience producing reports, trackers and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain data across operational systems (e.g., Manhattan).
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure training completions are captured.
  • Support training/compliance requirements and monitor records; escalate gaps.
  • Prepare regular reports, productivity sheets and KPIs to support operations.
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks and data integrity checks.

As a Contract Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support across inbound operations, inventory and general administrative activities. Administrative• Accurately input and maintain data across operational systems, including Manhattan and any other relevant internal systems• Accurately maintain up-to-date training records and internal training systems, ensuring that training requirements, completions and records are correctly captured• Support training and compliance requirements by monitoring records, identifying any gaps or outstanding training and escalating these where required• Complete regular reports (Productivity Sheets), trackers and administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations• Assist the operation with system audits and data integrity checks, identifying and escalating discrepancies in a timely manner, where required• Monitor and respond to Inbound emails, work instructions and requests received through individual and shared mailboxes (Inbound)• Adhere to all company policies and procedures2. Customer and Operational Support• Work in collaboration with other members of the team to achieve customer satisfaction• Establish an effective working relationship with the client team, ensuring effective communication in relation to order and deliveries• Investigate administrative and operational queries, escalating issues where appropriate and in a timely manner. Ensure any problems such as failed deliveries/ collections are rebooked and booked onto the system• Accurately complete reports and KPI’s and submit to the Operations support manager• Provide general administrative support to the wider operational team as required3. Inventory Support• Support stock takes, cycle counts and other inventory activities, ensuring that results are accurately recorded within the relevant systems• Assist with the investigation of stock discrepancies and inventory-related queries• Work closely with the Inventory team and warehouse colleagues to support stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner• Escalate identified stock or system issues to the appropriate team member where required• 4. Health and Safety• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times, including PPE, safe systems of work etc, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.• 4.
