Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to manage daily activities at the Northampton GP2 site (NN4 5FB). The role supports a safe, compliant and high-performing warehouse environment with hours Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and a salary of £33,287.05 per annum.

Ideal candidate will have administration experience in logistics, strong IT skills, and knowledge of ISO standards. The role includes KPI reporting and opportunities to improve processes within the site.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience in a logistics or similar environment.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience conducting quality assessments and analytical evaluations advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site operational administration ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Collaborate with site management, maintenance and H&S teams for repairs, audits and actions.
• Maintain site notice boards including shadow boards and first aid boards.
• Participate in site management meetings and manage the Sign in app and training database.
• Ensure all statutory checks (call point testing, fire exits, spill kits, extinguishers) are completed.
• Prepare accurate KPI reports for management and drive process improvements.
