Job summary

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join a small finance team. You will process purchase invoices in Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while supporting cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable processing, with ERP system experience.
• Demonstrates a methodical, controls-led approach to invoices.

• Experience working in a hybrid-working environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices day-to-day following a defined AP process.
• Multi-task and prioritise open purchase-related queries with stakeholders.
• Adhere to good practice controls for purchase invoices.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and holidays.
• Collaborate with Procurement to resolve PO and invoice differences.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and unmatched invoices.
