Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Warrington is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a 6‑month FTC to manage Purchase to Pay processes and invoice handling. You will process invoices, resolve PO mismatches and supplier queries while supporting efficiency improvements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP knowledge, and the ability to work under deadlines within a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

Experience of a high-volume transaction process, preferably in a Shared Service environment.
Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP applications and supporting a P2P process.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

To organise your own workload and ensure outputs are delivered in line with targets set within the SLA.
To develop constructive relationships with team members and internal/external stakeholders.
To assist AP Leaders/Managers with improving Purchase to Pay processes and implementing controls.
To assist in development/implementation of ICT systems to support services and simplification.
To contribute toward monitoring and achieving performance targets.
To handle invoice processing, queries, and credit notes per standards and targets.
To clear GRNI reports, monitor supplier balances, and resolve invoice/PO mismatches.
To ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms and respond to payment enquiries.
