Job Description
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement projects within the Logistics operation.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to identify areas of potential improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on continuous improvement techniques.
  • Generate and present regular reports on the progress and success of improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the CI agenda.
The Successful Applicant

A successful CI Practitioner should have:

  • A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt or similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Warehousing and Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • A solution-focused attitude and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
