Job Description

  1. Drive and implement continuous improvement projects within the Logistics operation.
  2. Work collaboratively with various teams to identify areas of potential improvement.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the success of improvement initiatives.
  4. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
  5. Provide training and coaching to staff on continuous improvement techniques.
  6. Generate and present regular reports on the progress and success of improvement projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  8. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the CI agenda.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CI Practitioner should have:

  1. A solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  2. Six Sigma Blackbelt or similar qualification is advantageous.
  3. Proven experience in a similar role within Warehousing and Transport & Distribution industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  7. A solution-focused attitude and the ability to think strategically.
  8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
