Hunter Selection is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager for a leading food manufacturing site in West London. The role focuses on delivering CI through Lean initiatives and cross-functional leadership.

Salary is £60,000 with a 20% bonus, plus healthcare, meals, discounts and more. Mon–Fri, on-site role aimed at driving operational excellence and measurable efficiency gains across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause.
• Experience leading cross-functional change and improvement.
• Data-driven with analytical, project management and Excel skills.
• Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business gains.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.
