Job summary

GXO in Sherburn In Elmet is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to drive site-wide operational performance. You will lead CI initiatives across contracts, partner with site leadership, and implement process improvements to boost quality, service and cost efficiency.

This full-time role offers a salary up to £65,000 with 25 days’ annual leave, private healthcare, a pension and access to GXO University.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement role in a warehouse operations environment is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
• Experience of leading cross-functional improvement projects in an operational environment.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and support stakeholders at different levels.
• Implementing Six Sigma/ CI principles, ideally holding black belt qualification

Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager looking for a new opportunity? Does the perspective of joining a large multiuser customer site excite you?

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our GXO team in Sherburn In Elmet. This position is responsible for driving operational improvement initiatives across the site, helping to improve performance, efficiency, quality, and consistency.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday till Friday business hours, with occasional flexibility required as the site operates 24/7.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending of experience & qualifications.
