Continuous Improvement Manager

Do you have strong Continuous Improvement/Lean experience within an FMCG environment? Are you looking to step into an exciting new senior role within an industry leading manufacturing company known for their first class training, retention and development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a continuous improvement manager to join the team at their state of the art facility in Park Royal. The successful applicant will plan, manage and execute all process and manufacturing projects on site ensuring that as the facility and production teams continue to expand, the plant is staying as efficient as possible. This is a great chance to be a vital part of the senior leadership team, managing a team of 12 and working with the quality, engineering, operations and production departments. You will be handling budgets, revieing data and driving improvements across the site.
