Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a leading food manufacturing site in West London. The role is Monday to Friday with a base salary around £65,000 and a 20% bonus, plus healthcare, meals, discounts and more. You will own CI initiatives and drive Lean projects to reduce waste and lift performance.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will coach colleagues in CI tools and problem-solving, using data to deliver measurable business improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause.
• Experience leading cross-functional change and improvement.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and project management skills; Excel proficiency.

Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.

Role & Responsibilities
