Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Gloucester is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive data-led projects and uplift operational performance on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and collaborate with customers to define success metrics.

Ideal candidates bring proven CI leadership, strong Excel and BI experience, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or Agile methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager.
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering projects and driving continuous improvement alongside our customers.
• Turn data into meaningful insights to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support KPIs and CI initiatives.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track trends and outcomes.
• Translate complex data into clear actions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across DHL and our customers to define success measures and reporting needs.

Pay Rate: £37,000
Grade: RCS. L
Contract Type: 12 Month Secondment (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday, 07:30am until 16:00pm, Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm
Location: Gloucester
