Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a PMO Quality Lead to drive quality governance across aerospace transition and product transfers.

You will lead FAIs, Process Verifications, and regulatory approvals, collaborating with licensors, suppliers and cross-functional teams. You will ensure compliance with UK CAA, EASA, FAA and military requirements, manage Design Authority and STC/TSO/ETSO transfers, and deliver high-quality results on time while promoting continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated aerospace environments or similar highly regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of UK CAA, EASA, FAA and military regulations.
• Experience with FAIs, product transfers, and regulatory approvals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive completion of quality approvals, FAIs, Process Verifications and Part 145 audits across programmes.
• Coordinate licensing transfers, novation activities and regulatory approvals (UK CAA, FAA, EASA, Military).
• Lead Design Authority and STC/TSO/ETSO transfer activities and ensure on-time delivery to high standards.
• Collaborate with licensors, customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to champion best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert quality guidance on governance and compliance across aerospace transitions.
