Job summary

Premier Foods in Lifton, Devon seeks a Continuous Improvement leader to develop and implement a road map aligned with site plans. You will drive lean transformations, lead cross-functional workshops and deliver CI cost savings across the site.

The role requires Six Sigma qualification, strong analytical skills and experience in training lean methods. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and OEE improvements is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Sigma Six qualification required.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvements.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving skills.
• Ability to train others in lean methods.
• Able to link CI activities to business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Road Map in line with site plans.
• Improve processes and workflows to ensure reliable performance and outputs meeting demand.
• Lead LEAN/process-improvement workshops to drive ideas for executable plans.
• Build relationships with site teams to deliver CI initiatives.
• Own change initiatives from identification through project delivery and cost savings targets.
• Set the agenda for and manage Continuous Improvement across the site.
