Albert Bartlett is inviting graduates to join the 2027 Continuous Improvement Graduate Programme at the Boston site. You will work with production, engineering, technical, planning and supply chain teams to deliver improvements across safety, quality, cost and productivity.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in structured rotations, and benefit from external mentor support as you develop leadership capabilities for a future career in operations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with an interest in operations, continuous improvement and innovation.
• Willing to rotate across business units and locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support CI projects from concept to implementation.
• Map processes, reduce waste and review workflows.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Prepare KPI reports and visualise data.
• Explore digital tools, automation and AI to boost performance.
• Engage colleagues to drive positive change and innovation.
• Support Lean and CI initiatives across the site.
