Job summary

Albert Bartlett is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Continuous Improvement Graduate at the Airdrie Chilled site. The role provides hands-on experience across operations, continuous improvement and innovation, with structured rotations and external mentor support.

You'll work with Production, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams to identify and deliver improvements that enhance safety, quality and productivity, while gaining exposure to AI technologies and modern lean practices.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with relevant degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Technical, Planning and Supply Chain to identify improvements.
• Assist in delivering improvements that impact safety, quality, cost, service and productivity.
• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Engage colleagues across the business to drive positive change and adoption of new processes.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, data visualization and performance tracking.
