Coca-Cola HBC in the United Kingdom invites ambitious graduates to join its two-year Manufacturing Graduate Programme, a structured journey through three rotations designed to build practical production expertise, leadership skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Starting in the Production team, you'll rotate into Plant Quality and Continuous Improvement, work on real projects, receive mentoring, and develop the confidence to lead teams while delivering value for the business.

Qualifications

• Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
• Hold (or be working towards) a relevant degree preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, Biochemistry or a related STEM discipline
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts across production environments, including day, night and weekend schedules during programme rotations
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
• Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
• Have an interest in data driven decision-making & problem solving
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferably hold a full, clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Complete three structured rotations across key areas of Manufacturing, including Production, Plant Quality and Continuous Improvement
• Develop technical and leadership capabilities through on-the-job experience and a structured curriculum
• Contribute ideas to high-impact business projects and support data-driven decision making
