Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Engineer to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across UK sites, supporting operations and multiple sites nationwide with regular travel. The role is based in Ashby de la Zouch region and offers a salary up to £50,000 per annum with a company car.

The ideal candidate will have Lean qualifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt), strong experience with Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, value stream mapping and standard work, plus excellent

Qualifications

• Lean qualification (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred.
• Experience delivering Lean/CI in logistics or operations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across operational sites.
• Conduct site diagnostics, time‑and‑motion studies and waste analysis.
• Support deployment of CEVA's SCA programme and best practices.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and share improvements across the business.
• Apply Lean principles to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Develop Lean training materials and coach teams.
