This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Contentious Trusts and Probate, managing and developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Matters:
   • Deliver high-quality legal services and client care, adhering to internal policies.
   • Lead by example and promote effective use of IT systems.
   • Handle client concerns and complaints professionally.
2. Managing People:
   • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
   • Mentor trainees and junior colleagues.
   • Manage team performance and training initiatives.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Maintain advanced knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
   • Manage external experts and consultants as needed.

   • Manage work-in-progress efficiently and contribute to budgeting.
4. Business Development:
