Job summary

MSB Solicitors in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ–5PQE+) to join our growing team. You will handle complex probate disputes for our clients and support a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational, work management and prioritising skills.
Excellent communication skills both written & oral with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
Working as part of a team with a flexible approach to workload.

Responsibilities

To advise the firm’s clients on relevant Contentious Probate matters
To manage all client work allocated by the firm in accordance with the detailed procedure and quality standards of the practice
Ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner and the client is kept informed on a regular basis as to progress and costs
At all times a high degree of standards is to be exercised in client care
To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording
To supervise and support other team members as agreed and to assist in their development
Adaptable to new procedures
Work as part of team with flexible approach to workload.
