Qualifications

• 1+ years PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical knowledge of probate disputes.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive approach with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Engagement in a wide array of contentious probate work including bringing and defending
• Court of Protection disputes
• Executor disputes
• Trustee disputes
• Proprietary estoppel claims
• Challenges to wills
• Business development activities to attract and retain clientele
• Attendance and participation in departmental meetings
• Work collaboratively with other team members on cases
• Deliver upon individual targets with supervision
