Job summary

MSB Solicitors in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ–5PQE+) to join our growing team. You will handle complex probate disputes for our clients and support a dynamic practice.

• Excellent communication skills both written & oral with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• To advise the firm’s clients on relevant Contentious Probate matters
• To manage all client work allocated by the firm in accordance with the detailed procedure and quality standards of the practice
• Ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner and the client is kept informed on a regular basis as to progress and costs
• At all times a high degree of standards is to be exercised in client care
• To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording
• To supervise and support other team members as agreed and to assist in their development
• Adaptable to new procedures
• Work as part of team with flexible approach to workload.

Our Contentious Probate Team are looking for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ – 5PQE+) to work in our Liverpool team.
