G2 Legal Limited seeks a Contentious Probate Solicitor/CILEX in Northampton to handle high-stakes inheritance and estate disputes with practical client advice.

You will own your caseload from start to finish, advising clients, drafting pleadings, conducting research, and liaising with third parties, including attending court and collaborating with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Solicitor or CILEX professional with an interest in contentious probate.
• Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and SRA requirements.
• Experience in contentious probate matters is advantageous; strong litigators from related disciplines are encouraged.

Contentious Probate Solicitor / CILEX | Northampton

Some litigators enjoy contentious probate work. Others build a career around it.

This Northampton-based Litigation team is looking to appoint an ambitious Solicitor or CILEX professional who enjoys the challenge of resolving high-stakes inheritance and estate disputes while providing clear, practical advice to clients during what is often a difficult and emotional time.

Joining an established and supportive team, you'll take ownership of your own caseload, handling matters from initial investigation through to resolution. Your work will involve advising clients, drafting pleadings and court documentation, conducting legal research, liaising with third parties, attending court and helping to progress more complex claims alongside experienced colleagues.

This role would suit someone who thrives on responsibility, has a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and SRA requirements and is looking to play a key role within a growing disputes practice. Experience of contentious probate matters would be highly advantageous, although strong litigators from related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
