Contentious Probate Solicitor

A Bristol law firm with a UK coverage has a requirement for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their successful Dispute Resolution team. The work is to primarily take responsibility for a case load of Contentious Probate involving high value disputed trusts, validating wills and inheritance act claims, court of protection disputes. This role offers fantastic prospects and will suit a strong litigator looking to specialise and further advance their career.

The Candidate
The firm are looking for an experienced Solicitor, ideally ACTAPS or prepared to work towards qualification, to specialise in contentious probate. Good academics, communication skills and client management are also required.

Salary to £70,000
