Responsibilities

• M&A & Corporate Transactions: Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business sales, handling all stages from engagement to completion.
• Commercial Contracts & NDAs: Drafting and negotiating business agreements and confidentiality agreements.
• Shareholder Agreements, AoA: Partnership agreements, investments, and shareholder arrangements.

The ideal candidate will:
