Job summary

Formula E, the world’s fastest-growing sport, is seeking a hands-on, travel-focused producer in London to manage end-to-end video production for social platforms. You will shoot, edit, and publish reactive content during live events, translating complex EV tech and racing rules into engaging visual stories.

You will collaborate with drivers, talent, and media teams, delivering high-volume, on-brand content with quick turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social-first video and multimedia production within live sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition, alongside basic graphic template editing skills.
• Hands-on experience filming, clipping, and editing fast-turnaround video in trackside or live event environments.
• Deep understanding of short-form pacing, hook creation, kinetic captions, and native formatting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Social-First Video Production: Ideate, film, edit, and publish vertical short-form video for TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts with platform-tailored graphics.
• Trackside & Driver Filming: Capture original footage on location during live race weekends in collaboration with drivers and team media.
• Editorial & Asset Management: Manage content calendars, asset libraries, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and broadcast teams.
• Translate sports rules and EV technology into accessible visual formats.

This is a travel focused role, based in London with extensive trackside travel, you will manage end-to-end video production—shooting, editing, and publishing reactive short-form content in fast-paced live event environments.

The Role:

• Social-First Video Production: Ideate, film, edit, and publish vertical short-form video (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts) and graphic templates tailored for platform mechanics.
• Trackside & Driver Filming: Capture original, high-impact footage on location, collaborating with drivers, talent, and team media personnel during live race weekends.
• Story Translation: Translate complex sporting rules, EV technology, and sustainability stories into accessible visual formats.
• Editorial & Asset Management: Manage content calendars, asset libraries, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and broadcast teams.

What we're looking for in you:

• Proven track record in social-first video and multimedia production within live sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition, alongside basic graphic template editing skills (experience with WSC or Slate clipping tools preferred).

• Hands-on experience: filming, clipping, and editing fast-turnaround video in trackside or live event environments
• Platform & Native Editing Mastery: Deep understanding of short-form pacing, hook creation, kinetic captions, and native formatting specifications.
• Live Event Agility & Reliability: Ability to deliver high-volume, zero-lag social output under high-pressure trackside conditions while maintaining strict brand standards.
• Trend Savvy & Visual Storytelling: Strong instinct for viral formats, audio hooks, and visual storytelling that resonates with youth culture.
• Creative & Collaborative Mindset: A brave, adaptable, and editorial-minded team player with a passion for sport and digital media.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
