Job Description

As the Content Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging digital and live experience. You’ll coordinate session footage, stay in daily contact with the digital and video teams, and ensure all content is accurate and on schedule.

You’ll take ownership of administrative tasks like tracking speaker info, creating forms, and updating schedules. You’ll also be involved in onsite planning, managing AV requirements, organizing photography, and monitoring social activity. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being organized, and can juggle multiple tasks, this is a great opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Show: Communicate with the digital team about session inclusion and scheduling. Manage seminar images, oversee talk footage approval, monitor live talk statuses, and collaborate with the video team on edits.
  • Administrative Support: Support content operations by tracking speaker registrations, updating schedules, and creating onsite materials.
  • Creating Forms & Testing: Create and test forms on monday.com, collate information, and manage speaker surveys.
  • AV & Onsite Planning: Collate technical packs and gather completed technical forms.
  • Speaker Photography: Schedule photographers, review photos, tag sessions, and communicate quality standards.
  • Social Activity: Monitor social posts by speakers and hosts.
  • Communication: Send logistical info to speakers and respond to queries via team mailbox.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Event management experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work calmly in a high-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator at all seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, G Suite, and monday.com.
