Content Operations Executive - 3 month FTC

As the Content Operations Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and engaging digital and live experience. You’ll coordinate session footage, stay in daily contact with the digital and video teams, and ensure everything is accurate and on schedule.

You’ll take ownership of key admin tasks such as tracking speaker info, creating forms, and updating schedules. You’ll also be involved in onsite planning, managing AV requirements, organizing photography, and monitoring social activity. Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Show: Communicate with the digital team about session inclusion in the digital show and schedule. Ensure seminar images are uploaded alongside sessions. Manage approval of talk footage, monitor live talk statuses, identify footage needing editing or with errors, and collaborate with the video team on edits.
  2. Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks related to content operations, including tracking speaker registrations, updating the festival schedule weekly, and creating onsite materials like daily schedules.
  3. Creating Forms and Testing Applications: Create and test forms on monday.com, collate completed information such as escorting lists and greenroom requirements, and manage the speaker survey.
  4. AV and Onsite Planning: Collate technical packs for production teams, gather completed technical forms, and ensure all AV requirements are met.
  5. Speaker Photography: Schedule photographers onsite, review photos, tag sessions and speakers, track missing photos, and communicate daily about photo quality.
  6. Social Activity: Monitor social media posts made by speakers and hosts.
  7. Communication: Send logistical correspondence to speakers and respond to customer queries via the team mailbox.

We seek a highly organized administrator with excellent attention to detail and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in event management is desirable. The ability to work calmly in a high-paced environment and communicate confidently at all levels is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, G Suite, and monday.com is preferred.
