Job description

We're looking for a passionate and creative Content Marketer to join our marketing team at UNRVLD, a digital experience and technology agency with clients across sectors including Diageo, SMEG, Crystal Palace FC, Linklaters, and Arup.

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will lead top-of-funnel content production and audience engagement activities for UNRVLD.

Working with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing and New Business Development teams, and the wider agency, you will support the execution of UNRVLD’s inbound and outbound strategy, delivering thought leadership, educational, and promotional content to raise awareness and engage our target audience.

The role requires B2B copywriting and content marketing skills, on-page SEO knowledge, and understanding of B2B audiences to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceive, create, and promote content targeted at our audiences to drive engagement, MQLs, and nurture leads.
  2. Ensure content suitability and success along the customer journey, especially supporting inbound marketing.
  3. Understand evolving content consumption trends (no-click search, Gen AI, short videos) and experiment with engagement strategies.
  4. Optimize automation tasks within marketing and reporting using automation tools.
  5. Collaborate on creating personalized marketing assets for our ABM campaigns.
  6. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to raise awareness.
  7. Support building and enriching our CRM database based on engagement insights.
  8. Assist in team activities, including events and multimedia content creation.
Experience Required:
  • Legal right to work in the role’s location from start date.
  • Experience in a digital agency or digital-first business with a passion for digital.
  • Proven experience in B2B copywriting or Content Marketing with excellent editorial skills.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot is advantageous.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and related advertising tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B PR activities and challenges.
  • Ability to report on performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office.
