The role:
This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space and will be responsible for supporting our growing B2B marketing team with the creation of high quality, engaging content to contribute to a full range of marketing activities and channels.
We are looking for a creative, experienced marketing professional, with a passion for writing. They should be adaptable and be able to produce compelling content across a full range of both long and short formats, and translate these to well-presented, visually appealing formats where appropriate.
We’ll be looking for someone who can provide new ideas to enhance our current content marketing efforts in a way that resonates with HR, wellbeing and employee benefits professionals. The outcomes of the role will span lead generation, brand building and existing client retention/ activation.
The successful candidate will have an excellent ability to produce fresh, up-to-date content, drawing upon the latest trends, research and reports within the employee benefits space. They will take ownership for our annual content calendar, ensuring that our content output is aligned to key events and occasions throughout the year.
